1st day
Flight to UK – nothing particular to declare but for the general excitement!
We easily passed the board and in the evening we received a very warm welcome from our host families. We still have to improve our english, because sentences like “quanto dobbiamo waitare!” are not uncommon.

2nd day
..London! Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Covent Garden & Trafalgar Square. They do exist outside english books! Holy mass at midday in Westminster Cathedral, with the open-hearted greetings from the Priest to welcome “the italian students from Milan”.
We also met some italians such as Leonardo, Piero della Francesca and Caravaggio in the National Gallery…it was awesome!
